During the inspection an infant was observed sitting in a restrictive device for over 15 minutes.
During the inspection a 4 month old was being cared for in a room with a 4 year old.
During my inspection both caregivers were not aware of who was in charge while the director was out.
Dirty toys were observed being placed in the infant's hand washing sink.
During the inspection 2 children were observed playing video games on their cell phones on the playground.
An advertisment was observed playing while the daycare pulled music on the television for naptime.
Children were observed playing in a water table without washing their hands beforehand.
The infants were observed to be sitting inside of restrictive devices for over 15 minutes, it was not a meal time and they were not being transported.
During the inspection multiple nails were observed to be sticking out on the fence for the playground. The nails were within the range of children. A cabinet was also observed to have a piece of equipment sitting inside with nail protruding from it, the cabinet did not have any safety locks. This was corrected at the inspection.
