In classroom 4 had a whole in the wall near the door. Also this classroom had chipped paint. Photos were taken.
Based on the evidence obtained during the DFPS investigation, there is sufficient evidence to support the allegation that a caregiver was not tracking the children that they were responsible for by leaving children in the restroom unattended. The caregiver did not know how many children they were responsible for.
While on the playground the operation failed to provide fresh drinking water to the children during active play. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver brought some water on the play ground.
The monthly fire drills were not documented for the January 2023.
In the toddler classroom a bottle of Lysol under the restroom sink. A photo was taken and the chemicals was removed and correted at inspection.
When the school age children arrived to the operation the caregiver failed to have them wash their hands. This was corrected at inspection when the children washed their hands.
The monthly fire drill for November was not docuemented. This was corrected when the director documented the drill because the fire department came to the operation.
I observed vehicle with license plate number paper plates did not have a fire extinguisher.This was corrected when the director put a fire extinguisher in the van.
