The playground areas were found to have weeds growing along the fence, inside the playground area. Trash was observed on the playground area. A yard tool was observed in the playground area, a water valve was observed sticking up out of the ground and presenting a tripping hazard on.
Play equipment that has a play surface of 32 inches was found to not have the required surfacing depth of six inches.
Consumer Product Safety form was last certified on 2017. This was corrected at inspection when a new form was completed.
