The operation does not have any fire drills , shelter in place, lockdown, severe weather drills avaible for CCR Inspector to review during this inspection.

The operation has 4 people on the controlling list that is no longer working with the operation and still listed as an controlling person.

There was one child file out of the ten files viewed that did not have the emergency medical release section of the enrollment paperwork completed.
