It was observed on the playground the loosefill that is required for equipment was not adequate.
During walkthrough of playground and building it was observed on the playground there were ant piles, broken toys and equipment, gasoline can and a water hose laying across playground. In the building it was observed that there was peeling paint and a changing table pad that had holes.
