Pre-service training was unavailable for review at the time of inspection.

Seven of the ten children files were missing special care information. One of the ten children files were missing an emergency authorized signature. One of the ten children files was missing school age information.

Medication on hand was observed to have expire on 1/2025. NOTE: This was corrected during pick up.

At the time of inspection the caregiver in the school-aged room did not know how many children were in their care. Caregiver stated there were 15 children in their care when there were 18. This was corrected when the caregiver recounted the children.

At time of inspection operation last documented fire drill was in April 2024.

During inspection an infant was observed in bouncer for 20 minutes. This was corrected at inspection.

During inspection it was observed a childs hands were not washed after diaper change in an infant class. This was corrected at inspection.

During inspection it was observed a caregiver did not sanitize diaper changing station after diaper change in an infant room. This was corrected at inspection.

There is a stationary playground piece of equipment that was overlapping use zones with a slide.

The carbon monoxide detection system was beeping indicating that it needs new batteries.

There were less then 6 inches deep of loose fill around the rocking equipment, and the slide exits on toddler playground.

There was a blue whale rocking equipment piece that did not have 6 feet of use zone around the equipment piece.
