Diaper changing supplies, including gloves were within children's reach.

Trash cans in two restrooms did not have lids. Garbage was within children's reach.

One caregiver was observed to be supervising children without an active, eligible background check.

Two out of six employee records evaluated did not have an affidavit.

Infants were observed not to be strapped in the bucket seats.

The fire extinguishers have not been inspected monthly.

The lesson plan for the toddler, pre-k, and after school room did not have specific activities outlined.

A 13 month old child was observed in the same class as a 36 month old child. NOTE: This was corrected. 13m old child was moved to another classroom.

The Annual Health Inspection was last conducted on August 19, 2021.

Electric Smoke Dectection system was last inspected on August 19, 2021.

Fire inspection was last conducted on August 20, 2021.
