An external wall of the building in the outdoor playground required maintenance. Black mold was observed on the wall around pvc pipes. The mold posed a safety hazard as it was in an area withing children s reach. The fence in the outdoor playground was observed with three broken pickets. Cleaning supplies were stored under a sink cabinet without a safety latch in the infant room. The cleaning supplies observed were a can of Lysol disinfectant spray, a spray bottle of clorox with water, and plastic bags. This posed a safety hazard as the cleaning supplies and plastic bags were accessible to children. Note: This was addressed with the caregiver and the cleaning supplies and plastic bags were stored in an area out of children's reach.
