This standard was reviewed as part of a DFPS investigation and found non-compliant based on information obtained. It was discovered that a caregiver was not using positive discipline and guidance when the caregiver placed a child at the table, then proceeded to point a finger at the child to address them.
It was observed during the walkthrough that classrooms did not have written activity plans available or posted for review by licensing.
It was observed during inspection operation had failed to conduct or document a fire drill or check of fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in the month of November 2025.
It was observed during the inspection that the loose fill was less than 6 inches under one piece of equipment and there was no loose fill present under another two pieces of equipment that requires loose fill. (Photos taken)
