During a review of the documented drills, it was observed the operation has not conducted a fire drill since May. This was corrected at inspection when the operation conducted a fire drill while licensing was present.
The operation allowed an employee to be present at the operation in the role of a caregiver prior to receiving an eligibility notice from the background check unit. This caregiver was observed supervising 9 students age range 16 months -2 years old. This was corrected while licensing was in the building.
During a review of the staff files, it was observed two caregivers without updated first aid/ CPR training.
During a walk through of the building, it was observed the infant room out of ratio. There was one caregiver to ten infants ages 3 months - 14 months.
During inspection, it was observed the infant classroom too dark during their nap time. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver opening the window blinds.
