There was a caregiver present and caring for a group of children without an eligible clear background check.The caregiver is pending fingerprints. The teacher began working at the center since October 2022.

One employee did not have a current transportation training.

Two employees did not have their employee records available to be reviewed at the center.

The operation did not have files and the driver license of a new driver available for review.

The operation did not have files and the high diplomas/equivalent available for review for the new staff.

Three employees did not have documentation of having a current transportation training.

Seven employees did not have documentation of receiving pre-service training.

Seven employee files did not have documented the starting date of each employee.

The children were observed not to be washing their hands before breakfast. This was corrected once the caregiver asked the children to wash their hands.

The daily menu was not posted. This was corrected the menu was printed and posted.

A caregiver supervising the children was opening the door and answering the phone. This was corrected once another caregiver arrived to center and began helping with the children.
