Operation is lacking a working system for updating records.

The operation is lacking a system for ensuring professional development is accurately completed as detailed in subchapter D of the minimum standards.

There was not a list of children used during transportation or in the binder with the other required forms.

The operation failed to amend their Operational Policy or Enrollment agreement to notify parents of the center's change in operating hours. The current Operational Policy Handbook indicates operating hours are from 6:00am to 6:00pm. After Covid the operation operating hours were from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

The operation hours in CLASS indicated operating hours are from 6:00am to 6:00pm. After Covid situation the center has been opening at 7:00am. The operation failed to notify Child Care Regulation Department of the change.

First aid in transportation vehicle was missing cotton balls, disposable gloves, scissors, and thermometer.

A feeding instruction guide had not been completed for the two infants in care.

A keeping children safe form was not posted at time of inspection. This was corrected when the director printed one out and posted it on the front bulletin board.

The promoting of indoor/outdoor physical activity was not added to the operational policies.

A current employee list was not posted at the center. The center director made a current employee list and posted the form on the main bulletin board.
