One caregiver completed online Pediatric CPR training.

During today's inspection, children were observed using the swing set without a caregiver positioned at the back of the swing set as required by the variance. Additionally, a soft barrier was not installed on the fence located behind the swing set.

One caregiver needs 24 clock hours of pre-service training.

Observed expired allergy medication stored in the medication cabinet. NOTE: The medication was removed and returned to the parent.

The operation has not reported to CCR the number of employees who ceased working at the center in 2024 within the required timeframe.

Expired medication was observed during the inspection. Note: The provider disposed of the expired medication during inspection.

The distance in the rear of the swing does not meet use zone requirements. It does not extend twice the height of the vertical distance from the swing beam to the protective surfacing. An additional 5 ft is needed.
