There is very little loose fill beneath the largest playground that has two slides. The lining in fully in view in front of the slides and lacking any loose fill.
The Director was absent and the co-owner had to leave due to a prior obligation. The designated director provided me with files accessible to them which were lacking significant documents. The director communicated that they do indeed have the specific documents that are missing and is going to provide them ASAP.
Children's records were not easily located for current enrollees. Once located, several items were seen to be missing - as noted on the files and discussed in person.
The CO alarm detector has not been checked since January 2024.
