During the walkthrough, I observed that 2 infants were with a caregiver. The caregiver was feeding an infant on the floor in an infant seat, buckled up on the tummy rather than the shoulders. Another infant was in a highchair and was not buckled up.

Several classrooms have exposed wires accessible to children. In outdoor areas, there is a tree with sharp aggregate, which could be a hazard for children. There is a crack in the ground that could be a hazard for children.
