A caregiver who did not have a background check was present at the operation and had access to children in care
During the walk-through, a caregiver in the toddler classroom was observed assisting two children with toileting. The caregiver did not wash their hands after each child was assisted.
During the walk-through, in the Older Infant Classroom, the caregivers were observed serving the children crackers without a proper sanity holder as the children were served the crackers directly on the table.
I did not observe evidence that the children in the infant classrooms had their hands washed before lunch.
