Based on investigation findings, proper food service requirements were not maintained when a child's personal cup containing milk was not properly stored, left to spoil, and made accessible on a cup rack where children can serve themselves drinks from their own cups.
The fire inspection report had expired in January 2022. A fire inspection was requested from the Fire Marshal's Office at the time of the inspection.
