A caregiver did not utilize good judgement, or self-control when caring for the school-age group. Based on the information obtained, a child 8 years of age was observed being grabbed and swung in the direction of the door of the classroom. The child was then put out of the classroom.

On 02/20/2024, an 8-year-old child was removed from a classroom and placed outside of the door unsupervised. The door was closed, and the child was outside of the classroom, banging on the door. Based on the information obtained, the child was put out the classroom due to their behavior.
