There was an uncovered electrical outlet in one of the classrooms, and sharp materials were found in a drawer that was accessible to children. This was corrected at the inspection when the outlet was covered and the sharp objects were moved out of reach from children.

Out of the ten staff files reviewed, one caregiver was missing documentation of training on responding to allergic reactions and food allergies, as required.

Out of the ten staff files reviewed, four caregivers did not have their current CPR/First Aid training or were missing documentation of the hands-on skills portion.

Two electrical outlets were accessible to children and corrected at inspection.

Based on the evidence gathered during the investigation, a child was left unattended in a classroom for 1-2 minutes.
