Cots were observed placed on floor in the same activity place where children were eatiing. This was corrected during inspection when the caregiver was observed stacking the cots until meal time was over.
Sippy cups were observed not labeled properly during the inspection. This was corrected when the caregiver was observed labeling the cups with the children first name and first initial of the last name.
