This standard was evaluated as related a DFPS investigation. As a result of the DFPS investigation, it was determined that a caregiver did use inappropriate discipline with a child in care.
A caregiver failed to ensure that children were being supervised when she allowed a child with a history of biting to be left alone behind the changing table with two other children. This resulted in a child being bit numerous times.
Several children did not have emergency contact addresses.
A child did not have a food allergy plan on file that was signed by a doctor and required epinephrine.
