The operation did not have visual and/or auditory awareness to ensure proper supervision or a child that was left on a vehicle unattended. The child was the vehicle alone with the doors and windows closed for approximately 2 hours.

This standard was evaluated as a part of a DFPS investigation and was found to be deficient. It was determined a child was neglected while in care at the operation.
The first aid kit found on the bus was missing cotton balls, scissors, tweezers, rubber gloves and a thermometer. This was corrected at inspection by the Director.
