Sanitation inspection was not available to be observed. The last inspection available was from August 2024. Sanitation inspection was scheduled by director at inspection.
One employee was present with an inactive status on their background check. The director stated the employee was accidentally deactivated. This was corrected at inspection when the director had the employee leave and resubmitted the background check.
It was found during the investigation a child was injured due to exposed tree roots located on the operation's outside playground.
It was found during the inspection there were several water bottles that were not labeled with the children's names. This was corrected at the inspection when the caregivers labeled the water bottles.
