During the inspection a caregiver stated they washed infants hands with sanitizer after diaper changing. Reviewed infant hand washing with director and infant caregivers.
The operation did not have current feeding instructions for an infant not yet eating table food.
During the walkthrough of the infant class I observed a handwashing sink with bibs, feeding spoons and a thermometer. This was corrected when the caregiver removed all of the items from the sink.
During review of the operational policies the centers policies did not include all required topics. Missing Topics 1. Promotion of indoor and outdoor activity.
During the inspection the operation was found to not have a current fire inspection.
