I observed two school-age children walk out of their designated classroom without supervision. One child went to the office for her medication and another child was going to the bathroom down the hall.
Upon reviewing children's records, one staff did not have a training certificate for SIDS, Shaken Baby Syndrome and Early Childhood Brain Development.
