One caregiver was not aware of the ages of children in their care. When asked the age of the youngest in care, the caregiver stated they were not sure and beleived they might be two. The caregiver stated the oldest was 3, then changed and stated the child was almost 3. Children in care were 18-20 months
Several bottles in the infant refrigerator were observed to be missing labels
2 boards of the side fence were observed to be broken.
During the inspection a dome climber was observed to be missing a slide as designed by the manufacture.
7 infants were obserrved to be sitting in a bean shaped table without being strapped in.
