Two toddlers were walking with their training cups. This was corrected during the inspection when this was brought to the attention of the teacher and she had the child sit down and drink.

In the Harvard classroom when asked how many children they had one teacher stated 20 then another teacher stated 21. It was verified by CCR there were 20 children.

There is no documentation for January and February showing the smoke detector has been tested.

There is no documentation showing the carbon monoxide detector was tested for the month of January and February.

There is chipped green paint in West Point Classroom and water mark on the ceiling in the Harvard Classroom. There is also chipped paint in the Cornell classroom. Pictures were taken.

There is no documentation showing the fire extinguishers have been checked for the month of February.

The transportation training certificates do not document how many hours were completed during training.

Four infants have expired feeding instructions and one infant's feeding instructions has not been signed or dated.

There was trash on the bus. It was on the floor.

An infant sheet did not fit snugly. It gaped in the middle. A picture was taken. The sheet was changed during the inspection.

Based on the information gathered a child was left alone on the playground without staff for 48 seconds.
