The operation was observed to have an over-ratio. At the playground area, there were 25 children, aged 3 to 4, with one caregiver. These were correct at the inspection, when the director was moving children around to be in compliance.
During the DFPS investigation, it was found a caregiver failed to demonstrate good judgement when they were not forthcoming regarding an incident where a child in care sustained an injury and did not seek assistance from management when feeling overstimulated while being the only caregiver for a group of children in care.
