Caregivers in combined Preschool classroom was observed cleaning and did not know how many children were in care. Caregiver in combined toddlers classrooms stated she had 4 children in caregiver but their were six children present.

The operation did not notify parents of operational policy changes.
Nap mates in the twaddles classroom were observed side by side during inspection.
Based on information gathered during inspection, infants are not been given daily opportunities for outside play, weather permitting.
Caregivers in Infant B did not know how many children they were responsible for and did not know the ages of children in care.
The director does not have documentation of the required 30 hours of annual trainings. Only 5 hours of trainings were reviewed during inspection.
Cleaning supplies in multiple classrooms were observed within arms reach of children. CI: Caregivers places cleaning bottles on the highest cabinet in classrooms.
