Based on information gathered, it was determined that caregiver gave a child water in a sippy cup that was not thoroughly washed from the inside of the valve/collar that had mold in the valve/collar of the sippy cup, therefore water was not served in a safe and sanitary manner. Note: This was corrected prior to inspection when the operation only uses disposable cups, and all other extra sippy cup were disposed.

The caregiver did not demonstrate good judgement when an infant was placed in front of a sprinkler that had hot standing water in it. The hot water was not drained and sprayed the child causing burns.
