Some of the observations have the name of a director assistant and not the director's name, conducting the observations. There have not been any monthly conferences conducted with observed caregivers.
A caregiver did not wash her hands after diapering a child and proceeded to feed the child. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver was reminded to wash hands.
Nine infants not yet on table food did not have current feeding instructions. They were last updated February and March 2023. Two expired on April 1st.
