At the time of the inspection, three caregivers did not have all of the required annual training certificates available for review.

The diaper trashcan in the restroom did not have a lid, leaving soiled diapers accessible to children. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when the trash was removed and the caregivers were instructed to bag the diapers individually.

Five of the caregiver files reviewed did not include training in required topics such as; emergency preparedness, communicable diseases, administering medication, food allergies, understanding building and physical premise safety, and Hazardous Materials.

One of the six files reviewed did not include a notarized employee affidavit.
