children who were left at the 1 The site supervisor states she will train the staff on supervision and gathering all children to go to the restroom or get some water as a group. The director will make all staff aware that children may never be left without staff supervision. playground with no staff supervision as the teacher was returning with 3 children from the restroom which is an immediate health and safety threat to the children in care. 8 The site supervisor will send LPA L. Habtom an agenda meeting notes with a scheduled staff meeting date to clear plan of correction. The site supervisor will also follow up with the a sign sheet emailed to LPA L. Habtom when the staff meeeting is conducted.
