101700.3 (b) (1) California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers 101700.3 (b) (1) Written Directives...A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement was not met as evidence by: Per Director, once the results are recieved she will email them to LPA prior to POC date. Director provided a copy of resample appoinment scheduled 9/27/25 at 9:00am. Based on records review and interviews, facility tested over the Action Level Exceedance, in drinking fountain “G” in the kitchen, This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to the children in care. 8

Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's visit, the facility does not complete the Water Lead Testing. According to the owner, she will submit the requrest to the water testing agency to schedule an appointment. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
