Based on interview by staff #6, the facility did not did not comply with the 1 Per administrator staff is redirecting and giving children an option to read, color or do puzzles and if child does not want to do any of thoese three activities they are placed in director's office. section cited above in staff #5 spent too much time trying to put the child down to sleep. Like 20 to 30 minutes, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
