Based on record review and observation, Licensee did not meet above requirement. LPA observed C2 file indicating peanut/sesame allergy requiring Epipen. FR confirms C2 needs Epipen which is stored in C2's cubby. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.

Based on record review and interviews, Licensee did not meet above requirements from 3 of 3 staff did not have proof of completion for AB1207 Mandated Reporter training certificate on file. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.

Based on LPA observation, Licensee did not meet above requirement. Child #2 had Epipen with label taken off at time of inspection. This is a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.

The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (3) To be free from corporal or unusual punishment...or other actions of a punitive nature including but not limited to: interference...aids to physical functioning. 1 Per Co-Director, on 8/4/2023, S1 was terminated as a plan of correction. Co-Director reviewed personal rights with staff in a meeting on August 25, 2023 as a plan of correction. Based on interviews conducted, S1 admitted to pulling on C1 shirt in the play yard to prevent child from hitting another child which poses a potential Health or Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care. 8
