This requirement was not met by: 1 On 01/07/2026, the director submitted a waiver request to Licensing Department. The waiver was granted on 02/04/2026. Toddler and preschool children were commingled before and after school hours. The toddler program was not conducted in a physically separate area as required, and no waiver from Licensing was in place. 8
