, based on interviews and review of video footage, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, as C1 was left in the restroom without supervision which posed an immediate Health, Safety and/or Personal Rights risk for children in care.
Based on LPA interviews, record review, law enforcement report review, and video recording observations, facility did not provide adequate supervision as necessary to meet children's needs, resulting in daycare children being hit by C1 on multiple occasions, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Director stated that staff will watch CCLD video "Supervising Children in Child Care Centers", and director will provide proof of training to Deparment by 11/23/2023.
