(1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. 1 During visit, LPA confirmed lead results were posted. Facility will remove, replace or repair and retest outlet and will submit results and the requested documents to LPA via email at dianna.valdezsantana@dss.ca.gov This requirement is not met evidenced by record review of the lab report analysis from Outlet B taken on 12/20/2022. Outlet B tested 230.000 ppb. Results indicated levels of lead in exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 Facilty provides water bottles and children bring their own water bottles as an alternate sources. Parent notification was sent via app "Learning Genie" on 1/9/23.
