based on observation, bottom of a metal framed storage building was 1 Facility Representative stated the building will be repaired. Pictures of the repairs will be sent to the Department by email, mail, or FAX by 02/13/2026. corroded and rusted by leaking water. The corrosion has caused the metal frame to be jagged and pointed to the touch which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. A child was left unattended for approximately 5 minutes inside the classroom.
