The Director agrees to review Title 22 section with staff and retrain staff on the Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision. Per Director Kelley, All on site instructional Staff completed retraining on 04/23/2025. The POC has been cleared as of 05/16/2025. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. 8
