... 1 Per preschool director, Karin Bilavian and school Vice Principal, Rita Jamogossian, effective 11/03/2021, Karin Bilavian will act as a Toddler classroom teacher until they hire a fully qualified toddler teacher for Red classroom.. A written declaration will be submitted to LPA by 11/03/2021 via email as proof of correction. LPA Eivazian observed on 11/02/2021 at 10:00 a.m. there were 5 toddlers present in Toddler room, Red room with staff#1 who does not have Toddler Teacher Qualifications on file. Facility Director, Karin Bilavian confirmed staff#1 is a teacher assistant. This is an immediate Health and Safety risk to the children in care.
