Based on observation and records review facility lacked the required records and appropriate transcripts as proof of staffs' qualifications to supervise children which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
(a) A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. 1 Director apologized and stated S2 was babysiting the child but infant care will not take place again at the facility untill they are licensed for infants. Staff S2 immediately took the infant C1 off the facility. Based on observation infant C1 was observed alone in a infant room not yet licensed which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 8
