(e) All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 . . .shall prior to working. . .in a licensed facility:(1) Obtain a California clearance . . . this was not met as evidence by. . . 1 Center will contact Guardian CPMB by email and/or by phone by tomorrow to request more information regarding the notice that was issued. Center representative understands S1 can not be present on the premises until clearance has been granted. Based on guardian search S1 did not have background clearance. This poses an immediate health and/or safety risk to children in care. 8

Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the child care center of any of the events specified in (d)(1) below, a report shall be made to the Department by telephone or fax within the Department's next working day and during its normal business hours. In addition, a written report containing the information specified in (d)(2) below shall be submitted to the Department within seven days . . . If the child care center director is absent for more than 30 consecutive calendar days, the substitute director shall meet the qualifications of a director. The center has agreed to participate with TSP. based on the interviews conducted and records reviewed there was not person on the site that is a qualified director. Facility representative agreed to email, mail or fax receipt and LIC 9163 after s1 has gotten fingerprinted. Based on roster review, guardian background check search and interviews conducted. S1 and S4 have been present and working at the facility without background clearance. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 8
