Based on LPAs interview, administrator admitted disclosing the two daycare children’s home issues with a parent. Per Administrator, she will have a meeting with staff to discuss the importance of keeping child's information confidential. Per Administrator, she will email LPA a copy of the agenda with staff signature. This poses a potential risk to the safety of the children in care.
