Responsibility For Providing Care and Supervision - Title 22 regulations state a licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the needs of each child, and no child shall be without supervision of a teacher at any time. This includes visual observation. A review of the regulation, as well as a staff training was provided that will focused on care & supervision, including constant visual supervision of children while outside 100% of the time.
