Based on observation and interview with the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to the toddlers utilizing the preschool playground and not using the toddler outdoor activity space. There was no waiver on file. There are 38 children utilizing the playground when they were only licnsed for a max of 32. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on interview the licensee stated the shade sail had ripped in the last storm and has been purchased and not yet replaced. Based onobservation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where in the main preschool art room, there was disinfectant and cleaning solutions within arm reach of children on the counter. LPA placed the cleaning solutions to the top of the paper towel dispenser. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
