multiple witness statements that for one or more days children were in care, the Facility representative stated the facility air conditioner was repaired and that in the future if the temperature is too high or too low for the comfort of children in care, parents will be notiried and kept informed about the progress of needed repairs and, if necessary, the facility will close until needed repairs are facility provided care despite the fact that the indoor temperature was uncomfortably high, causing the children discomfort. This constitutes a potential risk to the health, safety, and/or personal rights of children in care. 8 completed such that the indoor temperature can be kept comfortable. POC met.

Licensee stated staffing and enrollment changes have occurred since incident and current staff were reminded never to leave children unattended. based on interview, and witness statements, Licensee (L) did not comply with the section cited above as on at least one occasion, a child was reported to have ran away from the facility when children were in the play yard and child pushed open the gate leading to the parking lot, which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
