This requirement is not met by evidence by: Licensee Amend the admission agreement, have the parents sign off and send copy to the department by POC date. Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above, in that the licensee discontinued the bus service for a children with disabilities which posed a potential health, safety or personal risk to children in care. 8
(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.(1)No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Director agrees to write a decleration informing the department of what it is the center is doing to ensure children are not left unsupervised. All staff will watch: Supervising Children in Child Care Center and provide LPA with a brief summary. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8
