Facility has taken the following steps: Shutoff sink and made inaccessible to chidlren inc are. Facility is currently working with housing authority to fix the exceedance in lead. Facility and will notify parental notification of the water testing results. Facility has until 12/02/2022 to correct the deficiencies or have a reasonable plan Facility conducted water lead testing and had one (1) outlet exceeded the action level exceedance per regulations. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care 8 to correct them and notify CCL.
